The final act of Cyberpunk 2077 presents you with several choices that determine V’s fate. These endings are not just about what you do in the final mission — they also depend on key decisions and relationships throughout the game. Here’s how to unlock each one:

1. The “Hanako” Ending – Trust Arasaka
Available by default. When you meet Hanako Arasaka at Embers, agree to help her restore order in the corporation. This path leads you deep into Arasaka’s world and reveals the high cost of corporate loyalty. It's one of the more morally ambiguous endings.
2. The “Panam” Ending – Ride with the Nomads
Unlock this by completing Panam Palmer’s side quest line, which includes missions like Riders on the Storm and Queen of the Highway. Choose to call Panam during the final mission. This ending allows V to leave Night City and escape with the Aldecaldos, giving a hopeful but bittersweet result.
3. The “Rogue” Ending – Assault with Johnny
Complete Johnny Silverhand’s side missions (including Chippin’ In and Blistering Love), then choose to “let Johnny take over” during the final mission. You’ll storm Arasaka Tower with Rogue. This ending is bold and action-packed, but sacrifices are inevitable.
4. The “Solo” Ending – Go in Alone
Choose the option to take on Arasaka Tower solo, rejecting help from everyone. This is a high-risk path and arguably the toughest emotionally, showing V’s determination to handle things without dragging others into the fight.
5. The Secret Ending – “Don’t Fear the Reaper”
This hidden ending is unlocked by building a strong relationship with Johnny. During the rooftop conversation after the Chippin’ In mission, choose dialogue that shows trust and respect toward him. If done correctly, wait silently for a minute during the final mission choice screen — Johnny will offer a suicidal solo assault. It’s extremely difficult but unique.
6. The “Suicide” Ending
On the choice screen before the final mission, if you hesitate or express hopelessness, you’ll unlock the option to end things early. This is a tragic and abrupt conclusion, reflecting V’s despair.
Tips for Unlocking All Endings:
-
Always complete companion questlines (Panam, Johnny, Rogue) fully.
-
Pay attention to key dialogue during the rooftop scene with Johnny.
-
Save before the point of no return (Nocturne OP55N1) so you can replay all endings without starting a new game.
With each ending offering different insights into V’s journey, exploring them all is the best way to understand Cyberpunk 2077’s full narrative. Choose wisely — or try them all.
